I taught at a Lutheran school for two years-no benefits but I taught 5 classes each day and did not have a single plan period AND I was considered part time.

I left my job and the students that I loved without any job prospects. June came and went. July came and went. August came and went. I applied everywhere, and I continued to apply even after school had started. On September 1 I got a call from a public school in my city wanting to interview me for a part time position.

I interviewed and thought it went horribly. By God's grace alone, the principal called me the next day and said they played around with some schedules to make the position a full time teaching job. I started the Tuesday after Labor Day.

Knowing who you are, you are a great teacher! God will put you exactly where he wants you. I am so excited to hear your story!
